Job Description

Empowerly Care Services Wentworthville NSW is seeking an experienced High Intensity Disability Support Worker to assist participants with complex medical and daily living needs.

You will provide personal care, PEG feeding, tracheostomy and respiratory support, and support community access while following care plans and documentation requirements; an appropriate qualification and screening are required.
