As a Support Worker, you'll support clients in their own homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and in control of their everyday lives.

n

You could be supporting clients across:

n

Awaba, Blackalls Park, Carey Bay, Coal Point, Kilaben Bay, Ryhope, Toronto, Arcadia Vale, Balmoral, Buttaba, Fishing Point, Rathmines, Wangi Wangi, Morrissett, Cooranbong.

n

What could your day look like?

n

You'll provide practical and personalised support based on each client's needs, goals and preferences. This may include:

n

n
- Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
n
- Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks
n
- Helping clients stay active and connected within their community
n
- Providing companionship and building trusted relationships
n




- Supporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life
n

n

What will you bring?

n

Most importantly, you'll bring a caring attitude, reliability and a genuine desire to support others.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or willingness to work towards it
n
- Availability required: Thursday and Friday 8am-5pm - Friday is a must
n
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- First Aid and CPR
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
n
