Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team delivering a large, iconic project on the Central Gold Coast.

The project will be delivered across multiple stages over approximately five years, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to be involved in a significant development from an early stage through to completion.

n

You will work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager and a dynamic project team, providing an excellent chance to develop your technical and commercial skills while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

About the Role

n

n
- Coordinate engineering and technical activities across the project
n
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, technical documentation and design coordination
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and engineering interfaces
n
- Assist with procurement and management of subcontractor packages
n
- Monitor programme, quality and construction outcomes
n
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
n




- Support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager with project delivery
n
- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues
n
- Contribute to the successful delivery of the project across multiple stages
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer
n
- Experience working on major construction projects
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing
n
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
n
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
n
