Due to company growth an opportunity exists for a Trade Qualified Fitter Turner/Machinist , having sound experience with the operation of Manual and CNC including:
Lathe's and milling machines
Programming experience
CNC programming experience at any level is acceptable
Setting and operating CNC Mills/Lathes with Fanuc Controllers
To be successful in this role you MUST also possess the following skills and abilities:
Trade qualified Fitter Turner or Machinist, ideally with at least 3 years post trade experience
Experience in general fitting and machining with stainless and/or mild steel.
Experience with either stainless steel or mild steel is acceptable
Ability to work unassisted, work to deadlines and produce quality workmanship at all times.
Ability to read and follow drawings and work to tight tolerances
A team player with a positive attitude who is not afraid of a challenge
Have a great work ethic with a "can do" attitude
Be reliable and willing to commit to the role
Be comfortable in operating more than one machine at a time
