Golf and Membership Coordinator

North Ryde Golf Club is seeking an organised, personable Golf & Membership Coordinator to be the friendly, capable face of golf operations and membership at the Club, working closely with the General Manager, Golf Shop Contractor and Match Committee. Includes evening, weekend and public holiday work in line with Club trading hours.

What you’ll do:

- Manage competition entries, draws, scoring, handicapping and results processing
- Coordinate Major Event Fixtures and support representative teams
- Liaise with the Golf Shop Contractor on scheduling and course bookings
- Manage the membership waitlist and onboarding for new golf members
- Maintain accurate membership records and prepare reports for the General Manager and Board
- Coordinate newsletters,



member events and golf program communications

What We’re Looking For:

Essential

- A good understanding of the game of golf
- Previous experience in a membership, administration or customer service coordination role
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and excellent communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and membership/golf management software (or ability to quickly learn)

Desirable

- Experience in a golf or private members’ club workplace
- Knowledge of GolfLink/MiClub systems
