We're recruiting for an established real estate business in the Ryde/Macquarie Park area seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage an established portfolio of approximately 180 properties.
The Role
- Manage approximately 180 residential properties
- Monday to Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm
- No Saturdays
- Dedicated leasing support
- Assistance with routine inspections
- No trust accounting
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Prepare for and attend tribunal matters when required
