As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

- Shape and deliver an integrated People & Safety strategy
- Build a high-performing, engaged and values-led culture
- Partner with leaders to strengthen capability and performance
- Lead workforce planning, organisational change and succession planning
- Drive a proactive and continuously improving safety culture
- Provide strategic advice on people, risk and organisational priorities
- Lead and develop a capable People & Culture and HSEQ team
- Be a visible, approachable and trusted leader across the business

The successful candidate will be:





An experienced senior leader with the ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to the day-to-day realities of the business with the following key attributes

- Demonstrated experience leading People, Culture, HR functions in a complex, operational environment, ideally also with responsibility for safety.
- Solid strategic capability and commercial judgement.
- The ability to influence and partner with senior executives and operational leaders.
- Experience leading organisational change, workforce planning and cultural transformation.
- A practical understanding of industrial relations, employment legislation and workplace risk.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary safety leadership, risk management and continuous improvement.
- A genuine passion for people and the ability to build trust at every level of an organisation.
- A leadership style that is visible, approachable, pragmatic and accountable.
