Operating as an end-to-end apparel partner, the business supports customers across design, sourcing, and outsourced manufacturing, warehousing, online ordering, and distribution. The company has created a niche market due to its ability to be nimble and as a value-add integrator.

Your New Role

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic direction and operational execution. You will manage functional leaders across sales, finance and operations to improve performance, efficiency and scalability. You will drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, strengthen internal capability, and ensure the business remains a trusted partner to its customers while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

A key focus will be enhancing logistics and distribution capability, including implementing improved warehouse systems, optimising inventory,



and fulfilment processes, and overseeing the transition into a new warehouse facility.

What you will need to succeed

This role would suit an up-and-coming candidate who wants to create a legacy. You will require cross-functional leadership experience over sales, finance and operations to succeed in this role. A background from privately held or founder led business and warehouse operational experience will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to earn equity after 12 months based on performance. Candidates with hands on leadership from middle management roles from large corporations will also be considered.
