Most graduate roles involve sitting behind a screen, redlining drawings, and waiting years before seeing your ideas make it into a project.

This isn't one of those roles.

We're representing a boutique residential architecture studio creating bespoke homes and projects for clients who care deeply about design. Every project is different. Every client is different. And every home reflects the people who'll live there.

We're looking for a Graduate Architect who's curious, ambitious, and wants more than a traditional graduate pathway. Someone who wants to understand the whole process, not just one small piece of it.

What makes this role different? You'll work directly alongside experienced architects on custom residential projects from concept through to completion.

That means exposure to

- Early design conversations and client presentations
- Sketch design, design development and documentation
- Council approvals and consultant coordination
- Site visits and construction stages
- Real-world project delivery, not just drafting

This is likely for you if... You get excited by great design. You notice details when you walk through buildings.

You enjoy solving problems just as much as creating beautiful spaces.

You want to develop into a well-rounded architect rather than becoming a specialist in a single task.

Most importantly, you're keen to learn, contribute ideas, and take ownership of your work.





You'll bring

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong design thinking and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in high-quality residential design
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn
