- WEEKLY PAY CYCLE

Your Responsibilities:

- Basic repairs to furniture, fittings, and equipment

- Painting, patching, hanging shelving and pictures in resident rooms and common areas

- Manual labour moving furniture and setting up rooms

- Basic skills in carpentry and plumbing and plastering

- Liaising with and managing of contractors on site and assisting when needed

- Use of computer programs to log and update jobs

- Communicating and interacting with site visitors and residents

- Other duties as required

What you need:

- Experience in a similar role min 2 years

- Own car and licence

- White Card

- Covid vaccinations x3

- Current Flu Vaccination

- National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
