Head of Clients & Capital A leading Australian property investment business is seeking a high-calibre Head of Clients & Capital to join its growing team.

With a significant portfolio across Australia, the business has a strong track record in property investment and funds management, backed by a high-performance, people-focused culture and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

As the Head of Clients & Capital, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving growth through capital raising, investor relations and client engagement. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will develop and strengthen relationships with wholesale investors, financial advisers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, while identifying new opportunities to grow the capital base.

You will also oversee investor communications, ensuring the delivery of clear, timely and insightful information to investors. Leading a high-performing team across investor relations, research and sales, you will help shape and execute strategies that support the business's long-term growth and investment objectives.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience across investor relations, capital raising, funds management, property investment or a related sector, with a strong track record of raising capital from wholesale investors.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to create accountability, collaboration and strong client outcomes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a sound understanding of property funds, asset management, investor engagement and capital markets.
- Demonstrated success in developing investor strategies, launching investment products and building long-term relationships with advisers, HNWIs, family offices and institutional investors.




- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex investment information clearly and confidently.
- A strategic, commercially minded and collaborative leadership style, with experience partnering with senior executives to drive business growth.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related discipline.
- Confidence representing the business at investor meetings, industry events and forums.

What You’ll Do

- Lead capital raising initiatives and build robust relationships with existing and prospective wholesale investors, including advisers, family offices, HNWIs and institutional investors.
- Develop and execute investor engagement strategies that support capital raising and long-term client relationships.
- Oversee investor communications, presentations, fund reporting and marketing collateral.
- Represent the business at investor meetings, roadshows and industry events.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Investor Relations, Research and Sales team.
- Partner with senior leadership and key business units to identify opportunities, align capital strategies and support continued growth.
- Identify and develop new sources of capital and strategic investor relationships.
- Strengthen the overall client and investor experience across the business.
