Job Description

Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is seeking a Quality Manager Lead governance to influence strategy and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work with executive leaders to meet regulatory obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024 and support audit readiness.

Reporting to the General Manager Risk & Governance, you will manage governance frameworks, risk registers and policy controls while delivering insightful reports to committees and stakeholders.
