As the Work Order & Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily and weekly schedules of field technicians delivering fire maintenance services. This includes inspections, repairs, reactive works, and emergency callouts.

You will play a key role in ensuring:

- Jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time
n
- Technicians are allocated effectively based on skills and availability
n
- All works align with relevant compliance standards, including AS1851
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly technician workloads
n
- Manage work orders for inspections, repairs, defects, and emergency callouts
n
- Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
n
- Liaise with technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders
n
- Ensure accurate documentation and job completion records
n
- Support compliance requirements and service delivery standards
n
- Assist with reporting, follow-ups,
and ongoing service coordination
n
n
About You
n
n
- Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or service administration role
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
n
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
n
- Experience within fire services, essential services, or trades-based industries (highly regarded)
n
