Job Description

Harmony Australasia is seeking a Mobile Fleet Maintenance Leader to oversee maintenance and repair of Project Services & Ancillary Fleet in Australia, reporting to the Mobile Fleet Manager. This role emphasizes safety, environmental and community standards, and leadership of contractor teams.

You will drive fleet reliability, implement maintenance strategy, mentor the local national workforce, manage costs, and ensure compliance with PY 182 MFM Work Management Process.
