Job Description

MKR Recruitment is seeking a Senior RN/Clinical Nurse for Community Aged Care in North Brisbane. This role blends clinical expertise with mentoring and staff education, reporting to the Quality Manager. Hybrid options exist after onboarding, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call duties.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years as an RN in Australia, 5+ years in Community Aged Care, and robust policy development abilities. Expect occasional travel to deliver training across locations.
