Job Description

n

As a Commercial Coordinator with e&s;, you will play a key role in supporting our VIC Commercial Sales team within our Noble Park Support Centre. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our New Homes and Volume Builder portfolios,



providing high-quality administrative and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

n

You'll be part of a collaborative team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes, ensuring our customers and commercial partners receive a seamless experience.

n

This role involves:

n

- Managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
n
- Coordinating quotes, pricing and customer enquiries for commercial accounts.
n
- Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
n
- Managing deliveries, stock availability and liaising with suppliers.
n
- Supporting the Commercial Sales Team with pricing, quotations and general administration.
n
- Tracking orders, managing invoicing and supporting aftersales service resolution.
n
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting across systems (including NetSuite).
n
- Assisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Experience in administration, sales support or customer service (commercial industry experience desirable but not essential).
n
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
n
- Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly (NetSuite experience advantageous).
n
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
n
- A team-focused approach with a genuine commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
