Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a flexible temporary prospect within a professional legal workplace?

We are seeking a capable and reliable Legal Secretary to provide support to a busy barristers' chambers during a period of leave. This assignment offers a mix of full-time and part-time hours, with flexibility around scheduling. Commencing on the 14th September.

Duties Include:

- Digital dictation
- Reception and front-of-house support
- Document preparation and formatting
- General administrative assistance
- Supporting barristers in a busy chambers environment

About You:

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
- Strong typing and dictation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Available to commence in September





The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded legal environment and provide valuable support during a temporary assignment. There is also the potential for ongoing work following the assignment, with approximately 4 hours per day available on Thursdays and Fridays.
