You'll combine solid IAM expertise with service ownership, technical problem-solving and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Identity Services capability, including SLAs, risks, incidents and continual improvement
- Provide technical leadership across Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity PAM, MIM, Active Directory, PKI and cloud identity
- Lead complex technical escalations, major incidents and identity-related risks
- Support architects and project teams with technical guidance and solution input
