The Lost Dogs’ Home in Victoria seeks a hands-on Ambulance and Admissions Team Leader to lead intake and transport operations across North Melbourne and Cranbourne, reporting to the Local Government Supervisor. You’ll supervise animal intake, triage and care pathways to ensure secure, high‑quality care for pets and the community.

In a 24/7 environment you’ll manage rostering, leave, on‑call coverage and performance reviews while building a culture of animal welfare, safety and service delivery
