Matchbox is opening a new store at Capalaba Park, Capalaba, Queensland. We are seeking a Store Manager to run the current operation, hire and develop the team, and establish a strong customer base from day one.
You will own sales, margins and store presentation, and work directly with the owners in a fast-growth family business. You will lead the store through setup, set the culture on the floor, and drive performance with a focus on warranty-driven selling rather than discounting.
