We’re currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a busy commercial fit-out project in Sydney CBD , with an immediate start available.
This is a outstanding chance for a Carpenter by trade who has progressed into site supervision and has solid experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
The Role
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
- Coordinate trades and manage site sequencing
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-starts
- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and consultants
- Monitor quality, progress and site safety
- Assist with resolving issues and keeping the project on program
About You
- Carpentry trade background – essential
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor,
Foreman or Leading Hand
- Commercial fit-out experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishing trades
- Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- White Card required
- Available for an immediate start
