The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted part of the local community. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across two established clinics, providing exposure to a diverse and rewarding caseload:

Peak Performance Physio

a sports and musculoskeletal-focused clinic located above a fully equipped gym,



with strong connections to local athletes, coaches and active individuals.

Downs Physiotherapy

rehabilitation specialists offering inpatient, day rehabilitation and vestibular services, alongside post-operative care and general physiotherapy. You'll also have access to advanced assessment technology, including Frenzel Goggles and V-HIT.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and growing a loyal client caseload.
- Delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment across sports, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation and post-operative presentations.
- Building strong referral relationships with local GPs, surgeons and allied health professionals.
- Participating in regular professional development, mentoring and clinical education opportunities.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, driven in their pursuit of ongoing learning and professional development, and consistently strives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

Along with a genuine passion for helping others, the successful candidate will bring:

- Current AHPRA registration.
- The ability to develop strong relationships with clients, referrers and the wider community.
- Well-developed clinical reasoning skills and confidence managing a varied caseload.




- An interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or both, with opportunities to further expand your skillset.
- A growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment.
