Local Mackay Auto Electrician role working on heavy mining equipment rebuilds. Permanent 7:7 or 5:2 day shift, 12-hour days.

n We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our client's workshop team in Paget, Mackay.
n This is a local, workshop-based position, with approximately 75% of the work based in the workshop and the opportunity to support field service as required. You'll be working across major heavy machinery rebuild and refurbishment programs.
n The Role
n You will be responsible for electrical repairs, fault finding, diagnostics and rebuild work across a range of heavy mining and civil equipment.
n What We're Looking For

n

n




- Trade Qualified Auto Electrician – Cert III Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent
n
- Demonstrated experience working on heavy earthmoving, mining or civil equipment
n
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic capability
n
- Experience with machine rebuilds, wiring and electrical component installation
n
- Refrigerant Handling License highly regarded
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
