We are looking for an energetic, charismatic Fencing Estimator or sales person with a natural ability to liaise with a diverse range of clients, strengthen existing relationships and create recent ones while working on some of NSW's and Sydney's biggest and most influential Projects.

Our ideal candidate brings a strong background in fencing, landscaping, or construction—or possesses solid business knowledge related to fence building and installation. You'll be someone who thrives on delivering high-quality service and takes pride in getting the details right.

Proven industry experience or deep understanding of fence installation

n

Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers

We value our reputation, repeat referrals from both our Residential & Commercial clients. The successful applicant would have to be able to liaise effectively with a broad range of clients to strengthen existing relationships and help create new ones.

Duties & Responsibilities:

n

Scoping, measuring and pricingjob leads from the site and office

n

Preparing and issuing quotations for domestic, rural and commercial clients

n

Completing tenders from inception, submission through to purchase order stage

n

Converting leads into completed sales

n

Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders

n

Researching current trends and setting pricing accordingly to maximize profitability

n

Using external marketing systems to source new clientele and tenders

n

Completing drawings for client submissions using systems such as Autocad andSketch Up

n

Skills and Qualifications

n

Minimum 2 years estimation sales experience - Preferably in Construction

n

Demonstrated Fencing experience -Essential

n

Demonstrated measurement experience -Particularly with rakes and angles

n

Proven negotiation skills and ability to close sales

n

Ability to read plans and complete tender processes essential

n

Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

n

Knowledge in glass, balustrading and specialty works - Advantageous
