- Conduct capacity planning and network upgrades

- Design and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Configure: Security policies, NAT rules, zones, App-ID, User-ID, Content-ID, IPS/IDSand threat prevention
- Implement advanced features: URL filtering, WildFire, SSL decryption
- Perform firewall audits, upgrades, and rule optimization
- Respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities

VPN & Remote Access (Prisma Global Protect)

- Deploy and maintain Prisma Global Protect VPN
- Configure: Remote access VPN, Site-to-site IPsec VPN
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
- Implement secure access policies and MFA integration
- Ensure seamless connectivity for remote workforce
