Hungry Jacks is seeking an organised Repairs & Maintenance System Coordinator to support our national restaurant network. You will manage incoming service requests through the RAMP platform, prioritise tasks and allocate them to the right service provider or internal team, while keeping restaurants updated.
In a busy, service-focused setting you’ll triage requests, monitor progress, and escalate when needed. Experience in call centres or facilities is advantageous, but not essential.
