YOUR ROLE
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for our guests.
You’ll be responsible for
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- Making beds, dusting and vacuuming
- Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation standards
- Cleaning public areas
- Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Following cleaning and sanitising procedures
- Assisting with laundry duties when required
- Responding to guest requests professionally and courteously
- Working as part of a positive and supportive team
Experience is preferred — but not essential!
