This is a great for someone who enjoys working across the employee lifecycle and providing practical, high-quality support to employees, leaders and the wider People & Culture team.

About the Role

Working within a supportive People & Culture environment, you will provide operational HR support across a range of employee lifecycle activities, including:

- Preparing employment contracts, variations, extensions and other employment documentation
- Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Providing responsive support to employees, managers and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Payroll
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation




- Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately and in line with relevant policies and legislation

About You:
- Previous experience in HR, People & Culture or a similar role
- Experience within local government or the broader public sector highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office
