Due to continued growth, an opportunity is now available for an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join the Gold Coast team. This role would suit someone with a background in building, construction, insurance repairs, residential repairs or supervision who enjoys variety, ownership and working closely with homeowners, insurers, trades and internal teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend site inspections across the Gold Coast region to assess building damage and repair requirements
- Prepare accurate scopes of work, estimates and supporting documentation for insurance building repair projects
- Coordinate and supervise repair works from approval through to completion, ensuring quality, safety and customer expectations are met across a busy local portfolio
- Liaise with customers, insurers, internal customer service teams, trades and suppliers throughout the repair process, maintaining clear communication from first inspection through to handover




- Ensure all work is completed in line with building standards, insurer requirements, company processes and workplace health and safety expectations
- Identify repair methodology, trade requirements and practical solutions for residential and insurance repair works across Gold Coast homes and properties
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and professional presentation of documentation

About You

- Hold a current QBCC Site Supervisor licence
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Previous experience in building, construction, insurance repairs, residential repairs or related trade environments
- Strong understanding of building methodology, repair scopes and practical construction requirements
- Ability to prepare clear, accurate estimates, scopes and supporting documentation
- Confidence dealing with customers, trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple jobs while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
