We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indian Curry Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian curries and traditional dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian curries, gravies, sauces, and traditional dishes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
- Prepare ingredients, including marinating meats, blending spices, and making curry bases.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
- Assist in menu planning and development of current Indian dishes and specials.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any faults.




- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef or similar role.
