Indigenous Managed Services (IMS) is currently seeking experienced Indigenous Civil Labourers and HR Licensed Plant Operators for a long-term civil infrastructure project based in Merredin, WA.
These positions will work on a 14 days on / 7 days off DIDO roster, with accommodation provided while on swing.
We are looking for reliable, safety-focused candidates with previous civil construction experience who are comfortable working away from home and contributing to a busy project environment.
Role Details
- Location: Merredin, WA
- Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off – DIDO
- Rates: $50–$65 per hour flat rate, depending on experience and position

Opportunities
Civil Labourers
- General civil construction and labouring
- Trenching and excavation support
- Pipe and drainage installation assistance
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Spotting plant and assisting operators
- Working safely around mobile plant and equipment
HR Licensed Plant Operators We are particularly interested in multi-skilled operators with experience operating equipment such as:
- Excavators
- Loaders
- Rollers
- Skid Steers
- Watercarts
- Other civil construction plant
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Previous civil construction, pipeline, drainage, utilities or infrastructure experience
- Current HR Driver's Licence for Plant Operator positions
- Relevant plant operating tickets/competencies
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work a 14/7 DIDO roster in Merredin
- Reliable transport and ability to travel to/from the project as required
Previous pipeline or water infrastructure experience will be highly regarded.
