A rare opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Manager to join a high-growth, technology business with an international footprint. This is a rare, high-impact role offering global exposure within a rapid-scaling organisation.

Reporting into and supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance specialist to oversee the company’s insurance programs, risk management strategies, and claims processes.

The Insurance

Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, multiple brokers, and insurers to ensure appropriate coverage, compliance with regulations, and effective mitigation of financial risks. You will manage and administer the organisation’s insurance portfolio, including Directors & Officers, property, cyber lines, liability, workers’ compensation, health, and specialty insurance policies. Evaluate risk exposures, recommend suitable coverage, risk management solutions and coordinate policy renewals, negotiations,



and insurance placements with brokers and carriers. In addition, you will review contracts and agreements to ensure there is adequate insurance requirements, oversee claims management as well as monitor costs, premiums, deductibles, and claims trends and ensure compliance with relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 + years of experience in insurance management, risk assessment and mitigation and demonstrable knowledge of commercial insurance policies, claims handling, and regulatory requirements. You must have excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities and attention to detail.
