? We’re Hiring: Investment Banking Analyst / Asset Management

We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst / Asset Management professional to join our growing finance and investment team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about financial markets, investment analysis, valuation, portfolio management, and strategic financial decision-making.
? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and investment analysis across companies, industries, and asset classes.
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Perform company, industry, market, and competitor research to support investment decisions.
- Analyze financial statements, business performance, cash flows, and key financial metrics.
- Support investment banking transactions, including M&A;, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects.
- Prepare valuation analyses using DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and other methodologies.
- Assist with financial, commercial, and operational due diligence activities.
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, research reports, and recommendations.
- Monitor investment portfolios, market conditions, asset allocation, and performance metrics.
- Conduct research on equities, fixed income, funds, alternative investments, and other asset classes.
- Track portfolio performance, risk exposures, returns, and investment objectives.
- Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategy development.
- Monitor macroeconomic developments, financial markets, industry trends, and emerging investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate financial models, transaction records, investment databases, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Investment Managers, Portfolio Managers, Associates, Traders, Risk teams, and senior management.
- Support client reporting, investor communications, and management presentations.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, equity research, corporate finance, or financial analysis is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, investment projects, or strong analytical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, investment principles, and corporate finance.
- Familiarity with DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and portfolio analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, or similar financial research platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial information.
- Robust research and financial data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in financial markets, investments, and global economic developments.
- CFA, FRM, CPA, ACCA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
