Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist clients with technical inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Document and track support requests,
ensuring accurate and thorough records.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Robust knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with network setup and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
- Experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role - highly regarded
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
