This is a hands-on role suited to someone with robust tyre industry experience who takes pride in their work and can help keep a busy workshop organised and running efficiently. This position is focused specifically on tyres, wheels and wheel alignments and does not include mechanical servicing or repairs.

- Tyre fitting, balancing and rotations
n
- Wheel alignments
n
- Identifying tyre wear and alignment issues
n
- Tyre inspections and recommendations
n
- Managing and prioritising workshop jobs
n
- Coordinating workflow and keeping jobs moving
n
- Supporting and guiding workshop team members
n
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
n
- Communicating with the front counter regarding job progress and any issues
n
- Ensuring vehicles are completed correctly and on time
n

About you
n

- Has solid tyre fitting and wheel alignment experience
n
- Is confident using wheel alignment equipment
n
- Has a strong understanding of tyres, wheels and tyre wear
n
- Can take ownership of workshop workflow
n
- Is reliable, organised and works well under pressure
n
- Has strong attention to detail
n
- Communicates well with both staff and customers
n
- Is a team player who is comfortable taking the lead when required
n
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence
n
