The Role You will manage an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 180-200 properties, with support from the wider property management team.
n Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio
n
- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Routine inspections and property condition reporting
n
- Arrears management
n
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
- Managing ingoing and outgoing tenants
n
- Handling day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
