Specific Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Sydney team and become an important part of delivering commercial furniture, logistics and FF&E; projects across some of Sydney's most exciting workplaces, hotels and commercial developments.

n

This isn't a role where you'll spend every day doing the same thing.

n

You'll be right in the middle of the action — helping coordinate people, deliveries, schedules, clients, suppliers and project information to make sure everything comes together when it needs to.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Working alongside our Project Managers, Operations and Warehouse teams, you'll help coordinate projects from planning through to completion.

n

Your day could include:

n

n
- Coordinating project schedules, labour and site requirements
n
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teams
n
- Organising deliveries, collections, storage and installation dates
n
- Reviewing floor plans, placement plans, packing lists and project information
n
- Making sure upcoming projects have everything they need before work begins
n
- Tracking project progress and keeping stakeholders updated
n
- Coordinating site access, inductions and documentation
n
- Assisting Project Managers with project planning and administration
n
- Helping manage changes, variations and additional works
n
- Keeping project systems and information accurate and up to date
n
- Working closely with our Operations team to keep projects moving
n

Experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, furniture, commercial fitout, warehousing or FF&E; would be highly regarded, but industry experience isn't everything.
