About the Role:
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands‐on experience in structural engineering while working closely with experienced professionals. You'll be involved in the full project lifecycle-from proposals through to design, delivery, and client interaction-with opportunities to work on diverse and technically rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Prepare proposals and assist with new project enquiries
n
- Manage project tasks from concept through to completion, ensuring milestones are met
n
- Produce detailed designs,
specifications and project documentation
n
- Conduct site inspections across Australia
n
- Engage with clients, providing support and promoting best practice
n
- Prepare accurate, timely invoices and issue to clients
n
- Contribute to improving internal processes, quality and efficiency
n
- Uphold company processes, policies and values
n
- Apply engineering principles to develop practical, economical solutions
n
- Promote and implement technical and best practice standards
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
n
- Demonstrated interest in engineering through internships or industry experience
n
- Exposure to steel design, seismic design, fabrication, or FEA is an advantage
n
- Experience with engineering software such as FEA tools, SpaceGass or Revit
n
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
n
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
n
- Strong willingness to learn, grow and take initiative
n
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work across multiple projects
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Proficiency in MS Office
n
- Collaborative, positive and team-oriented mindset
