Due to the company's continued need for ongoing manufacturing and fabrication, an experienced and skilled Welder is required to facilitate its production processes and workshop requirements. Task & responsibilities Fabricated, assembled, and welded aluminium components and structures according to engineering drawings.

Measured, marked, cut, drilled, and fitted aluminum materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery. Performed high-quality aluminum welding using MIG and TIG welding processes, ensuring strong, clean,



and accurate welds that met industry standards and project requirements. Prepared aluminum surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and beveling materials before welding.

Carried out finishing tasks such as grinding, polishing, and deburring completed welds. Inspected fabricated products for dimensional accuracy, weld quality, and structural integrity, making any necessary repairs or adjustments. Operated and maintained welding and fabrication equipment.

Followed workplace health and safety procedures and used appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintained a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualification & experience Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or appropriate trade welding qualification.

n

Demonstrated experience in aluminium fabrication and welding. Able to interpret engineering drawings, welding specification and fabrication plan. Experience in measuring, drilling, fitting and grinding of aluminium, cutting, grinding and polishing of aluminium.

Good knowledge of welding equipment safety and use of appropriate PP.
