What You'll Do

- Be the first point of contact for new clients, creating an exceptional first impression

- Have meaningful conversations to understand clients’ current financial situation, aspirations, and concerns

- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued

- Collaborate closely with our financial planners to deliver a seamless and comprehensive service

- Solve problems proactively, addressing client questions and ensuring their journey with us is positive from day one

- Experience in sales, finance, or a solid client-facing environment
