Shadforth is seeking a Tractor / Multi-Skilled Plant Operator for a large-scale master planned community on the Sunshine Coast. The role involves spending ~2–3 days per week on a tractor for lime spreading and the rest on bulk earthworks machinery, with ongoing stages of work and potential long-term local employment.
You will operate 4WD tractors, undertake lime spreading and soil treatment, and perform daily pre-starts and basic maintenance as part of an experienced crew on site.
