We’re no t necessarily looking for someone with years of estimating experience.

We’re lo o king for someone with brains, drive and an eagerness to learn — someone we can invest in, train and develop into a seriously good estimator.

? **Engineering backgroundCivil, St ructural, Construction Engineering or similar.

? **Strong Excel skillsYou need to be comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, numbers and data.

? **Good problem-solving skillsYou need to be able to think for yourself, understand technical information and work things out.

? **An eager beaverWe want s omeone hungry to learn, who asks questions, takes initiative and genuinely wants to build a career.

? **A team playerEstimatin g doesn’t operate in a bubble. You’ll work closely with our construction team, supervisors and management.

? **Attention to detailDrawings,

quantities and numbers matter. We need someone who notices the little things.
