We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our busy solicitor’s office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in legal administration and gain experience working within a skilled law firm. Previous legal experience is not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties will include
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Taking accurate telephone messages
- Greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Opening new client files and assisting with general file management
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Preparing and sending outgoing mail
- Scanning, photocopying,
printing and filing documents
- Saving documents and correspondence to client files
- Assisting with basic correspondence and administrative tasks
- Maintaining an organised reception and office area
- Providing general administrative support to solicitors and other staff as required
This position would suit a school leaver or someone looking to start their career in legal administration.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant.
