We are a design-to-installation-and-maintenance garden and landscape business looking for a reliable, hands-on professional to join the team.
The role
Day-to-day work covers the full range of soft landscaping and garden care, including:
- Weeding, planting, mulching and general garden maintenance
- Hedge trimming and shaping
- Soft landscaping and site presentation
- Supporting design and installation projects as needed
Plant and pest knowledge is an advantage, but it is not essential — we will train the right person. Who we are looking for
Someone who is serious about the work, focused on quality, and who actually enjoys being outdoors and doing the job well. The work is wide-ranging; no two days are the same.
We are not only filling a labour role. We want someone who wants to grow with the business: learn how we operate,
get to know our clients and standards, and, over time, take on more responsibility. For the right person that can lead to a manager role and, later, a possible business partnership.
