About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators within your room
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support children's development through play-based learning and intentional teaching
About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF,
and National Regulations
- Previous experience leading a room or mentoring educators
- Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education
