Adiba Community Care is hiring a Disability Support Worker to assist an 18-year-old participant. The role focuses on building positive relationships, providing respectful, engaging support, and promoting independence in daily activities.

The ideal candidate is friendly, bubbly, energetic and reliable, with prior disability or support work experience preferred. NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check are highly regarded. $37–$42 per hour, with versatile casual hours.
