Sense Of Self in Surry Hills is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to oversee the end-to-end operation of our bathhouse and spa. You will lead a diverse team on shift, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the Venue Manager with staffing, training, and stock management.
This role requires robust rostering, frontline leadership, and a proactive approach to service excellence, safety, and hospitality standards. Weekend coverage and flexibility are expected as needed.
