The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic and driven Leasing Consultant to join a highly regarded real estate agency in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

n

This is the perfect prospect for an experienced real estate receptionist looking to take the next step in their career, or an exceptional entry-level candidate wanting to break into the industry with a business that will genuinely invest in their development.

Joining a large, successful team, you will receive plenty of training and support while gaining hands‐on exposure across leasing,



property management and new business. The wider Property Management team places a strong focus on professional service and building positive relationships with tenants and landlords.

The Role:

n

n
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
- Responding to email and leasing enquiries
n
- Processing and checking tenancy applications
n
- Advertising available properties
n
- Assisting with the preparation and marketing of new listings
n
- Liaising with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
n
- Providing support to the Property Management team
n
- Assisting the BDM with new business where required
n
- Maintaining accurate information within Property Me
n
- Delivering a high level of customer service to tenants and clients
n

n

The Ideal Candidate:

n

We are looking for someone who is switched on, energetic and ready to build a long-term career in real estate.

n

You may already be working in reception or administration and looking for your next step, or you could be an A-grade entry-level candidate with the right attitude and drive to succeed.

n

To be successful, you will have:

- Current Certificate of Registration
n
- Current driver's license and reliable car
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- A proactive, positive and qualified attitude
n
- Confidence dealing with clients and prospective tenants
n
- A genuine interest in building a career within Property Management
n

n

A current Certificate of Registration or real estate license and NSW driver's license are essential requirements for the role.
