An exciting opportunity is available for a Landscape Architectto join our Land and Development Infrastructure division on a fulltime fixed term period of 12 months. This role is responsible forassessing landscape and streetscape designs for subdivision anddevelopment projects, ensuring compliance with City objectives,policies, legislation and industry best practice. The positionworks closely with developers, internal teams and externalstakeholders to support public open space and asset development,coordinate project documentation and asset information, respond toenquiries, and deliver high-quality customer service. The role alsomaintains strong compliance with WHS, risk management and Councilgovernance frameworks to support safe,



effective and sustainableoutcomes for the community.

To be considered for this role, you must address thefollowing selection criteria as part of yourapplication:

- Comprehensive understanding of landscape architecturalprinciples and the interpretation of relevant technicaldata
- Relevant experience in regulatory principles relating toland development of public open spaces
- Considerable experience in landscape and streetscapesdesign
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design orequivalent
- Current 'C' Class Driver's License

This position offers a gross salary from $102,707 to$110,461 per annum (dependent on skills andexperience).
