We are a growing and busy medical centre located in Dee Why, close to Dee Why Beach, committed to delivering high-quality and patient-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for someone with a strong "can-do" attitude who can take initiative, support the clinical team, and help maintain productive treatment room operations.

Role & Responsibilities

n

- Provide high-quality treatment room nursing care including immunisations, injections, and wound care.
n
- Assist doctors with minor procedures and patient care.
n
- Perform clinical tests including ECG and Spirometry.
n
- Support chronic disease management, health assessments, and patient education.
n
- Maintain treatment room standards including infection control, stock management, and equipment preparation.
n
- Contribute to improving clinical processes and patient flow within the practice.
n
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff when required.
n
- Carry out other nursing duties as directed by the senior nurse or practice manager.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN).
n
- Experience in general practice or primary care preferred.
n
- Strong initiative and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
n
- Ability to work independently in a busy clinic environment.
n
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
n
- Current CPR certificate.
n
- Immunisation certificate and experience with chronic disease management (desirable).
n
- This is a casual position with the potential to transition to part-time employment, with an expected commitment of approximately two days per week. Remuneration will be discussed and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
n
- This position may involve rostered Saturday shifts and occasional front desk responsibilities.
